If you have a US number, call customer service so they can send the code to your phone. After we got the code, we found the bikes, and had a great ride. The address on the map was not correct, but we found it just one block over. The parking feature charged us a fee, but when I called customer service, they were super helpful and reversed it. Fun service, so grateful that you have that available for us to use.

Visiting Strasbourg from the states. Thought that it’d be cool to bike around the city however this app is not for Americans. You cannot register with an American number. Shame.

If you’re one of the many US tourist coming to Strasbourg do not bother with this app. Americans aren’t allowed to use it. You cannot register a US based phone number.
