2025-07-04	AB*****	This app leaves a lot to be desired at its current state.. specifically information. When you try to book an appointment & it brings you to the map, it pinpoints your location but gives no other info. Is this because there are no sitters near me? Or is this because the app is broken? A “no users found near you” message would be great if that’s the case. I zoomed out to my entire city and still nothing. Also, the service filter function has a bunch of repeated options but no option for watering? Which I think is the main reason for this app? As others have pointed out, it would be wise to get funding in order to waive the background check fees to promote growth of your app. At least during this stage. I’m sure the $50 background check is a huge reason there are few to no sitters. I wouldn’t mind paying that fee myself as a plant sitter if I knew there were active users near me, but then we’re back to the inactive map questions.

I’ve tried asking neighbors to water my plants when I’m out of town or away on business and they either forget, overwater, or underwater. This service lets me easily connect with plant sitters who actually KNOW what they’re doing and they follow my specifications. It’s great! My plants are so special to me and I’m grateful for this app and the service it provides!

In the app when I tried to fill out my profile, I could never select continue because it was always off screen in the app. Then, it wants all kinds of personal information, including a $50 background check, before it even tells you how many people are looking for a plant sitter in your area or if any anyone uses this app at all where you live. I was so excited to find a plant sitting app - I booked a qualified sitter for my recent trip and my plants were happy and thriving when I got home! I will be using this every time I go on vacation now. Thank you!!!

2025-05-08	Br*****	Leaf’Em is such an awesome app! I have really enjoyed using it. The app itself is so easy to use and the Leaf’Em team is extremely nice and helpful! I had a few questions and they responded very quickly! I always recommend this app to all my plant lover friends!

2025-05-01	Ki*****	This app is such a lifesaver, I’ve used it as both a plant owner and a plant sitter, and it’s so easy to navigate to find reliable people to take care of my plant babies while I am traveling. I had a few issues with the interface and the LeafEm team was very responsive to my concerns. Very fast response time! Keep up the good work LeafEm!!

Venture capital, angel investment, or anything so that the plant care takers don’t have to pay $45 for a background check at this early stage of your app. Your customer base won’t grow to be a working functional app with enough plant care takers with this $45 entre fee. Or bite the bullet of the cost? I don’t recommend that option as it seems hefty. Great idea of an app, just please go get funding to make it free to use.
