It’s a good app but I can not get past the premium screen and there is no x to get past it

So I accidentally got a year subscription that I did not want. I contacted them within 24 hours. It would have been within an hour but my email messed up and I didn’t realize it didn’t send till the next day. I contacted them THREE TIMES. For a refund and have had no response. I didn’t even have the money to pay the subscription and when I finally paid it and tried to get Apple to give me a refund they said no twice. So customer support from this app sucks and is nonexistent. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
