It is easy to customize the note templates to ensure that all information required by medicare is documented for surgery reimbursement. I usually take a minute or so to dictate my exam and plan at the end of an encounter, and the note is generated in seconds. I love that I can then generate specific patient instructions and letters to referring doctors based on the exam findings and assessment/plan. The Cosign team is very responsive to feedback and has been extremely helpful in terms of fully customizing my templates and ensuring the app is updated to meet my needs.
