Honestly, I used to think this mobile app was much better than what its competitors offer. But at this point, I am completely exhausted by the constant errors in this app, especially the kind of errors that make it almost impossible to use it properly at all. In 99 cases out of 100, there are always problems with transfers, transactions, sending, and receiving funds between wallets. This happens specifically in this app, because competing apps do not have this issue. The same applies to importing a wallet using a mnemonic phrase: it is just one problem after another. You have an old phone and a new phone, and you simply want to migrate from one device to another and transfer all your data. A basic mnemonic phrase import should be simple. But what happens in reality? On the old phone, I can see the assets that were in the V4R2 wallet series. On the new phone, the wallet is imported as version W5. As a result, when I try to switch wallet versions, it is impossible to switch to V4R2 on the new phone, and it is impossible to switch to W5 on the old phone. So what exactly am I supposed to do? Keep two phones just to use the app and see my assets across different wallet versions? This is completely unacceptable. I am deleting this app and will never use it again. The quality is very poor. The developers regularly give the impression that they are collecting feedback and listening to users, while these long-standing issues remain unresolved. It feels like growth is being prioritized over proper quality control. It also seems that they do not actively use their own app in real user scenarios, because otherwise this problem would likely have been noticed long ago.
