I downloaded the app, got 20% off in first order and 55Gel bonus write-off that I could use. I picked my items, 20% off got applied itself and I marked checkbox to also apply 55Gel off. My order total was 58.60. Which after noticing the app quality I took a screenshot of the cart with discounts applied and app stating the total of 58.60 just before last confirmation just in case (not that it mattered). After ordering in my orders I was the total was 140 something Gel. Since I knew I was about to get a call from them (because app said so), I waited and didn’t want to overreact before I was sure they were overcharging. When I got the call the person on the for could speak any Georgian or English and couldn’t also find someone else who was able to speak either language, so they just hung up :) . I texted them, detailing everything, sharing screenshot. Their response was just one sentence that I was about to be charged 87 Gel instead of what app showed me (58.60) and when I complained they just left me on seen. Meanwhile a courier showed up and asked me to pay 87 which I did because what did the courier had no fault in this and I wouldn’t ruin someone else’s day if they didn’t personally offend me. Its been hours and they still didn’t respond, they don’t care at all. Its not about the money, I wanted sushi and would order it no matter if was a discount or not, but being shown one price and asked for another means that I’m being lied to and charged more for their own mistake. So here is my review and hopefully it’ll help them understand how customer service should work. Take responsibility for your own mistakes instead of forcing customers to cover for your miscalculations… Don’t even want to eat the food I paid ( extra :) ) for anymore because if they can’t manage a simple mistake of their own, this gets me worried about the quality of food.
