2026-07-04	iP*****	Since the update to 3.2.0 the ability to connect to the camera has been lost, again. The previous version had fixed it (Most of the time). Hold off upgrading if you Camera access is working. The new landscape mode for iPads is nice, if you don’t want the camera access.

2026-03-25	Ta*****	Printer was super easy to set up. Pre installed models printed great. But obtaining other models to print is not intuitive and much of the website is in Chinese.

2026-03-03	Fo*****	I give it the lowest review possible and would not snd do not recommend this companies product to anyone. No one and I mean no one at Creality even knows how to use their products. The customer service people are a joke, none of them know what they are doing , they just read from a script. Lord knows if you email Creality good luck getting an intelligent answer. Plus , for what ever reason the company will not put out a trading video on how to use the software. And good luck trading to figure out how to multi color print anything. Stay away from Creality, the biggest waste of my money ever, you can bet this will be deleted by them and they will not reach out to me and ask why I wrote this. That is another example why you should stay away.
