2026-07-09	cg*****	Don’t waste your time. Everything on this app is AI . They use bots to confuse you into thinking the “books” are interesting. It’s disheartening. The authors don’t exist either . Some stories even mention “Ai” to sound more natural. Then they ask you to pay for more AI slop. Just another lazy company taking advantage of people for money.

2026-07-05	Yo*****	Instantly made me create an account without letting me look at what they had to offer, then prompted me to create a review without looking at what they had to offer, then paywalled me after saying that the app is FreeBooks. Has a lot of AI generated cover art not sure if the books are made with AI but the cover art is. With all that being said there are some interesting stories on here. The app is beautifully designed listening to the stories is simple and quick if you want to read they give you that option well just know that the app isn’t free. It’s paywalled. Wish they’d not lie about that but that it is a good app. Despite that all that
