2026-03-10 Vi***** I have struggled with insomnia for the past 5+ years and have never been able to find a way to calm my thoughts at night. I’ve tried it all. Melatonin, warm milk,etc. Who knew all I need was soothing music and a little guidance to make sure I felt 100% in the morning. Best $10 I spend every month!
