I’ve been at Foundry I think a year now! The teachers are absolutely incredible. They are encouraging, attentive and consistently come up with new and innovative ways to challenge us all. I am not a yogi and I’m still felling my way around those classes. One of the many great things about The Foundry is that they offer so many classes, encourage you to try them all and they are there for you every step of the way. You leave with a drenched glow that is so damn satisfying. Keeps ya coming back for more!
