2025-01-06	Ah*****	I was in the gym and I was relying on the app to complete my workout challenge. I tried playing my music while using the app and immediately began experiencing crashing/lag/error messages from the app. I thought you could play music while using like the Nike app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still experienced the same issues. It was disappointing because my time in the gym was wasted and I needed the workouts for my challenge. I tried getting it resolved for about an hour with a support agent
