Cash out… $275 because odds changed. Cash out… $220 because ours changed…. Cash out…. $150 because odds changed…. Cash out… $85 because odds changed. Then I couldn’t cash out. Lost my best. Don’t trust this app. Trash.

My biggest issue wasn’t losing bets—it was having wagers accepted, graded, and in some cases later reviewed or voided after the fact. As a customer, it’s difficult to trust a sportsbook when a bet can be accepted and then later determined to be “No Action.” I also experienced extremely aggressive betting limits. Within a short period of time, my limits on MLB pitcher props were reduced to the point where I could only wager a couple of dollars on some markets. At that point, the sportsbook was no longer usable for the type of betting I enjoy. The app itself works fine, and deposits and withdrawals were not an issue in my experience. However, between the severe limitations and concerns about how certain live props were handled, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope the company improves transparency regarding live market settlements and account limitations in the future.

I cancelled right away and placed the straight wager instead. When the bet was settled, the promotion still showed as “in progress.” Like I still needed to make a wager. I first contacted support and was connected to the AI bot “Betty,” who was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I then got transferred to a human agent, Thomas S. While he wasn’t rude, he was just as personable and helpful as Betty. He told me my original bet was voided and asked if there was anything else he could help with. This was a very poor first experience on the site. It will also be my last.

2026-06-13	La*****	I won a $10 16 leg baseball leg parlay on Wednesday, bet settled as a win at 17:52, for $4859.60. It’s now Saturday morning at 9am and I still haven’t been paid my winnings.. they do this every time you win a W2G event… I’ve contacted them at least five times over the last 2 days to try and speed up paying me.. they drag out as long as possible, bending the laws allowed to “review “ I remember why I stopped using this app specifically, you can’t get paid in a reasonable time
