HFfit Pro's app has strong translation/audio potential but is plagued by activation and pairing failures, inconsistent Bluetooth connections, and poor integration with the glasses. Many users report QR/activation codes not working, endless setup loops, and little to no support. While a minority note the translation works well, the overall experience suffers from onboarding issues and distrust arising from marketing claims and lack of assistance.

Pros

The translation feature works well when the app connects, providing accurate translations.
The translation earbuds audio function remains reliable for some users and does not frequently disconnect.

Cons

Activation/QR code pairing problems prevent activation and use (codes either don’t register or are reported as already used).
Bluetooth pairing loops and unstable connectivity between the phone and glasses make the app hard to use.

Recent reviews

I purchased the Open Wire Earbuds at “Five And Below” and the translation feature does not work nor connect to my device. Also, this app asks you to agree to the policy, but there was no policy, there’s only the box to check that you agree. I rate this suspicious app a zero.

If you bought the real time language translation headphones from five below, return them immediately. The headphones themselves don’t do the translation ,this app claims but it never works. There’s something wrong with it for some reason where it doesn’t recognize the headphones or my phone as a device and it doesn’t let you do the real time translation without it. So the translation never actually works since it can’t recognize any devices.
