I can't watch my recorded videos. App crashes everytime I try. Where are the updates??

Used to work fine but after the last couple of iOS updates the "recorded video" function crashes out of the app on my iPhone 6. Still works on my iPad. Update: 04/23/2017 - app still crashes out on iPhone 6, iOS version 10.2.1. Useless.

The app seems like it was developed by 5 year old kids, the web interface is convoluted. I reached out to support, and they (John) is just as bad as the app. Look for another product and you will thank me.
