Kenko Patient @ Home is the patient-facing mobile application for healthcare organisations using the Kenko remote patient monitoring platform.

Kenko enables healthcare providers to deliver remote monitoring programs tailored to their own clinical workflows. Depending on the program you are enrolled in, the app can connect with supported third-party Bluetooth medical devices to collect and share health measurements such as blood pressure, weight, blood oxygen, ECG, temperature, and steps or activity levels.

Access to Kenko Patient @ Home is provided by participating healthcare organisations. Patients must be enrolled or onboarded by their healthcare provider before using the app.
