As a result, THE APP IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PATIENTS OF HEALTH SYSTEMS, CLINICS, AND PRACTICES THAT USE THE PLATFORM. Physicians will inform patients if they are using Frontive Health and provide patients with information on how to register and use the app.
