I am writing this review in hopes that this never happens to anyone else ever again. I booked a ride today on September 4, 2026. My riders name was Arthur B. The moment he pulled up. He rolled him down his window, he went on into a tangent about needing a booster seat for My five year year-old and also for My 8 1/2 year-old. I explained to him that I actually had both because my car is inoperable, but it was right next to his car He told me that the eight-year-old had to be 4 foot nine. At this point he was raising his voice at me in which I told him there was no need for him to yell in front of my children, because I was not yelling at him . Though he lowered his voice, he was looking at me, and my children up and down, as if he was looking for. Any reason not to Services us. I explained to him that I’ll just open my car door to get the booster seats. Before I could do that, he kept going on a tangent about what the law was which was not true at all . The way he spoke to me. It seems as if he hated me, even though I do not know this Man. And what he was speaking on Was not true. Some adults aren’t even 4 foot nine. He added that stipulation in there because he did not want us to get in his car. I asked for his Supervisor information in which he said he doesn’t have a Supervisor. So, while he was there, I looked up on the app, and seeing that there was a place to call to follow complaint. When I put it on speaker, waiting for someone to get a hold of me, he immediately rolled his windows up and drove away. He then lied on the system, and said that I was a no-show because he clearly did not want them to know about what took a place in regards to our ride .

he has made my riding experience horrible and for my friends as well! I have major anxiety and he was staring at me, I hate when my body shakes and he triggered that! I stated that he made me uncomfortable multiple times but he urged me to put on my seatbelt (the car was still in park and I had just got in the car with a tote bag in my lap). He was very passive aggressive stating that it doesn’t matter what I say because “he works there”. He got out of the MicroCAT to call support on me so I did the same. I handed the phone over once support asked to speak with him and he walked 7 feet away from me with my phone and refused to give it back when I demanded. I have been trying to report this man for 5 days now!
