It’s hard to believe that you can process so much through an App, but using this tool has been very helpful for me. It’s there when you need it and there’s so much self processing that you can accomplish. If you’re willing to be honest and open minded, then I trust that this can help you as well. I always said to my therapist “I wish I could take you around wherever I go and summon you when I need guidance”. MindForest is that tool that can help you when you’re feeling stuck and need to process immediately.

This is a great app for Helping us to improve lots of things, including emotion, working, learning, upgrade ourselves etc., the concept is perfect, however, technology of the app have to be improved: - the chat we can save for the record, especially there is a loss of wise, which is very important, however, the chat record will suddenly disappear, so we don’t have any ways to reveal the advice. It sounds like we have to start over, it’s super convenience. - It won’t support the synchronize Hopefully those can be solved in foreseeing future
