2025-11-01	Ca*****	Apparently I cannot update because I have an older iPhone. Won’t go back to original app just sends me to App Store which takes you through the same cycle. I’ve tried everything even calling Ubccu. Please fix this!!!

2025-10-30	Ma*****	This new app is a bad move. I hate it! It’s not user friendly like the old app. Please switch back! I hate it even more at this point! I can’t access my account info because it wants me to update for security! It sends me to the App Store which in return doesn’t have an update it just says open! When I hit open it takes me back to the app which then does not allow me to open without the update! Vicious cycle of getting nowhere & have bills to pay!!!!🤬
