We’re so much more than a gym. The Westchester Gym is a community of fitness professionals dedicated to creating a personalized, supportive, and fun environment for our members to get in shape. The Westchester Gym is your home for fitness, health, sports and weight loss support in a friendly, comfortable, and motivating environment. Our goal is to continue to deliver great fitness service to the Elmsford, Hawthorne, Valhalla, Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, White Plains and the greater Westchester County area. Our members are so unique and different (and we love that) you won’t see a “type” at the Westchester Gym. We are all at different places in our journey towards health and fitness. We all achieve our goals in different ways. But we can agree on one thing: we want to become stronger, healthier, more empowered, and have fun along the way. We are the gym for everyone.
