The Glow Within App by Vivian Nosovitsky is not your regular fitness app. These workouts will leave you feeling empowered, energized, and more in tune with your body than ever before.

The app is designed to help you train in alignment with your cycle while helping you reach all your fitness + health goals. You will also be able to choose from an abundance of delicious recipes to nourish your body from within. Not only will you be provided with workouts, challenges, and nutritional guidance, but you will have an amazing community of women to share your journey and wins with.

App also includes : live workouts Sessions with me (cook with me , answering Q&A , ect) option to train 1:1 with me videos next to each exercise for guidance + a full video library to come back and replay anything, anytime

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
