I bought tickets and need the app, but the app doesn’t show my tickets at all. I used the email address that I bought the tickets with.

The Ordway app is the most frustrating non-user friendly app possible. All we want to do is find our tickets for the show. You have to use the Ordway app, 15 character password, and terrible navigation. There’s no link that simply says ‘access tickets’, you need to click and search for 30 minutes to simply locate a ticket. This app needs a redo.
