The Ordway app is the most frustrating non-user friendly app possible. All we want to do is find our tickets for the show. You have to use the Ordway app, 15 character password, and terrible navigation. There’s no link that simply says ‘access tickets’, you need to click and search for 30 minutes to simply locate a ticket. This app needs a redo.

Apparently, the Ordway ASSUMES that patrons will have sufficient Wi-Fi or Internet access to be able to pull up tickets when entering the theater. Bad idea! Patrons should be able to save their tickets in their cell phone wallet in the event there is no signal to retrieve their tickets while entering the theater. How archaic.

We have tickets to a show in three hours. There is a winter storm warning with no travel advised. I tried to contact the theater for options, ie, exchange the tickets for another performance. Their Box Office does not take calls until an hour before show time. That’s past the time we would need to leave our house to be on time.
