Despite the “gacha” system being insanely notorious, I still have high hopes for this game. Understanding every business needs money to work, I have since the global launch, steadily invested money into the weekly. I don’t expect any premium treatment if I ever had an issue, but I’ve signed up, followed, allow tracking and bought a lot of premium content. Still the drawing system believe it or not, has not for the past 300 or so times not awarded me a single featured car, just more of the useless stuff I already own. Now that’s enough to piss anyone off, specially with people on social media claiming the very opposite. But no, I didn’t act like an entitled spoiled brat and just kept playing. The issue that has finally began to throw me off this company is when a mid tier model I’ve clearly put the time and effort to win was never delivered, and spending now A WEEK, contacting every single possible way available to bring attention to something as simple as this, has shown me how little as a player or client I’m seen as. When emails responses three days after initial inquiry and plenty of time writing and explaining and supporting my claim, to then have them: close tickets without any valid excuse, out of the blue questions clearly deeming you someone who’s mentally challenged, no regards for the time employed on politely addressing an issue that shouldn’t have extended this long. So, the lesson is what if one day is a problem concerning payment or over-paynent, duplicate charges, etc.? I’m very very disappointed but I will not buy one more item from this game, that way at least I can feel as silly and stupid after being treated like this, and not something way worse.

I decided to delete this game and then I got it again and it said I need more then 1024.MB I was like wait seriously 😭😭😭. PLEASE FIX THIS ONE 1️⃣ BUG
