2026-06-24	Mi*****	This app keeps throwing useless advertising that blocks out getting trolley information. Also, this app shows arrival times after 10pm which look great. However NO TROLLEY COMES - after 2 nights of waiting before I started walking to my destination, I learned that the tracker gives a list of minutes until arrival time and then simply keeps updating the arrival time. NO TROLLEY COMES. As I walked my path, I saw several other people waiting at the trolley stops I passed. Especially at that time of night, please have some don’t burden us with HURTING INFORMATION. Thanks to the trolley drivers who make it through this system. You are deeply appreciated.

2025-10-15	Ri*****	Guys, and by guys I mean city of Miami. Please do better. This is slightly better than the other one that was dismal. Adds are really annoying and unnecessary. Like the maps to see where you are but we should see the actual stop name on the map itself. App shouldn’t look like it was built in the 90s. We can do better. Please, use AI to help you. This city deserves a higher standard of excellence.
