This app is absolutely trash. Don’t believe the fake reviews because I deal with this app every day and it’s a nightmare. Every time they update something. The app gets worse and worse. It takes forever to do a simple report. And if you want to take a picture through the app while something is happening, you can forget about it. I’ve never in my life experience, just horrible app and and when I heard that people are actually paying for this is pathetic. And a rip off this app should be free because it could barely do the basic things. A year ago I literally slam my phone on the ground and broke it. Because of this app. The people that speak good about this app is Security companies that use computers and I admit it does work on the computer but for all the security officers that’s on the field this app takes the number one spot for the worst thing that could ever happen on a shift it’s literally the hardest part of the job and I personally get into a lot of dangerous situations, but none of them. It’s worse than this app. It took me a long time to finally do a complaint, but trust me you deserve it.
