Headset itself is a solid choice to use for plugging into your gaming console of choice, computer or phone. However this app is so god awful I will never buy another of their products again. Listen if you’re gonna make an app so frustrating to connect to at least give us a wider arrange of options on the headset itself so I can skip the app altogether. I got it the headset to link to the app about 5-6 months ago. No clue how I did it but I did. Now I’m trying to tweak a few settings and I can’t connect to it at all. We shouldn’t have to go through steps several times and sacrifice a goat to hope tech works.

There’s a lot of complaints but that was probably a long time ago since I was able to connect to them easy even though I had already paired with my Xbox
