You have to constantly keep restoring the subscription so if you ask the chat for something, make sure you copy the text because once you click submit, it’s gonna say you don’t have a subscription to restore. You’ll have to restore and then paste what you originally wrote to get what you asked for. And then when you go to, I believe it’s feedback. Nobody answers you. It just says be back later today. I’ve already messaged twice and I have not heard back from anyone. And I cannot even find a customer service number to call because this is very annoying. You pay $70 for a subscription that’s giving you a hard time each time you use it.

Email I sent last Friday has been ignored, its now Wednesday. App keeps saying I need to renew subscription and then when I click on renew it says I already purchased it. When I try to use the app again it prompts me to renew. Maddening. I have the newest IOS update and update of the app. I want my money back!
