When we open the program, it gets stuck on the first page and nothing happens.

This app works fine when it works. Every time I disconnect to do other work, I have to reload the app in order to make it work again. It is inconsistent, but while it does work, it works fine. I’m glad it was a free trial because I would never pay for thisin the state it is in.
