Daman Health is the official mobile app from the National Health Insurance Company - Daman. It enables UAE members to securely access electronic services on their smartphone, manage their health insurance, and view digital insurance cards. The app supports English and Arabic and helps you book appointments with network doctors, search by availability and proximity, and reschedule visits.

Other features include easy claim submissions, 24/7 customer care, locating network hospitals on a map, tracking policy coverage and pre-approvals, and simple renewals. Had Daman insurance through my employer in Dubai, and my experience with them was poor. Denied approvals for no good reason, approved them after complaining. Customer service was poor, arrogant and non-caring. I didn’t feel I was “really” insured with this outfit.
