Reviews consistently report severe login problems, unstable performance, and broken content playback in Schoox for iOS. Users can’t sign in reliably, progress is not saved, videos don’t load, tests are flaky, and app stability lags—often forcing restarts. Sharing and link behavior is also inconsistent. Overall, the app appears largely unusable for many users.

Frequent login/authentication failures: users cannot sign in, sign-in screen flashes, and academy names/courses are not recognized.
Content playback and testing issues: videos fail to load, closed captioning sometimes doesn't work, and tests/answers have to be restarted or cannot be changed.
Progress tracking problems: course progress does not update or is lost, and completion status is unreliable.
App stability and performance issues: significant lag, repeated restarts of courses, and general slow responsiveness.
Linking and sharing glitches: URL links do not work and sharing via email vs Teams behaves inconsistently.

some videos i need to watch for work, don’t work while others do, even after refreshing and reinstalling the app. it also logged me out just out of nowhere.

Doesn’t save progress and constant ‘network errors’ so you’re always having to restart training from the beginning. Like a bunch of middle schoolers programmed the app 😂
