Shocked to see any bad reviews on here cause this apps awesome! I ran out of my Adderall and was too out of it to even make phone calls. Duckbill called my psychiatrist's office, followed up multiple times, then called the pharmacy to confirm stock, pricing, and pickup time - all while I just texted back and forth. They even got me a GoodRx price that saved me over $125. I love that they didn’t count each mini task it took to get the big overarching tasks goal done, like multiple calls back and forth, working out nuances, etc. Honestly I’m going right now to replace another app I was paying for just to find my meds in stock. If you deal with medication shortages or anything that requires a ton of phone calls, this app is a lifesaver.

I really wanted to love this app. When I ran into a billing issue, there was no way to resolve it or resume service from my phone — the only path was on desktop. So the service went down right when I was relying on it, with no quick way to get it back. For a product that’s supposed to make life easier, that’s a real gap. The pricing model is the other issue. Everything is metered in credits, so every task turns into a calculation: “Is this worth 5–7 credits? How much will they charge for this one?” I don’t want to think that hard about whether to ask for help. I’d happily pay more for a flat, predictable plan and never think about it again. The credit system makes a convenience product feel like work. As it stands, the friction outweighs the help.
