Symestic

I have notifications turned on, and every setting necessary in my own notifications settings that would allow for audible and vibration notifications but I still have no sound or vibration. I get the banner notification but no sound or vibration. I’m using iPhone 17, with the most recent iOS update. My phone’s not in silent, I’m not in do not disturb, or anything else. I get notifications from every other app where I have the notifications turned on. My team at work keeps telling me that it’s a phone setting that I’m overlooking, but I’ve done everything plausible to get the notifications. At this point I’m sure it’s an issue with the app and not my phone.
