User Reviews

Martin shows strong potential as a proactive AI assistant that can manage texts, emails, calendars, and reminders. However, recurring reliability issues, login/connectivity problems, and bugs undermine its value. Support is often slow and refunds contentious, and the price is high with concerns about ongoing development. Some users have had positive experiences when it works, but overall reliability and support problems are the dominant themes.
Pros
  • Strong concept: an AI personal assistant capable of calling, texting, emailing, and managing your calendar and reminders.
  • When it functions, it can draft emails and handle day-to-day tasks for you.
  • Texting contacts on your behalf and other messaging integrations stand out when they work.
  • Reminders and to-dos are part of its feature set, helping you stay organized.
  • Some users describe it as a game-changer and valuable with integrations to other tools.
Cons
  • Core features frequently fail or are unreliable (SMS, calls, texting, calendar/email integrations).
  • Sign-in and account connections (Google/iCloud) are often problematic.
  • Bugs and reliability issues, including late reminders and conversations not continuing.
  • Customer support is slow or unresponsive, with refunds being denied in some cases.
  • High price and concerns about ongoing development or potential abandonment.

They stopped developing this app in March. Still taking on new subscribers yet SMS is broken and it’s no longer being invested in. It was great while it lasted. Find another tool to use. This one won’t be around for much longer.

The idea of this app is amazing. I had it a while back, and used the free trial with great success but didn’t pay. Now, maybe a year later I decided to go all in with the $50 membership. Only to discover that none of the features work. It won’t call people to set appointments, I can’t text the service, it won’t let me connect my inbox to manage emails. Pretty much every benefit of going pro doesn’t work. Customer support takes forever apparently to reply. They said they know of the issue with SMS and it will get fixed at some point. Maybe post something about that in the pro listing? It seems like a scam and the App Store denied my refund twice. So I’m out $50 for an app that doesn’t work. Will just dispute at my bank with screenshots of errors.

I have always loved the concept of this app —Martin can call you text you call and text others on your behalf email you email others take part in collaborative teams emails manage your calendar send you reminders and to dos…..For some reason I have had MULTIPLE problems with the app this year—— I could not sign in even though my credentials were correct. I had to wait weeks for help. Then from the beginning , Martin couldn’t call or text others. I waited for a month in a half for that to be resolved. For some reason, for some days he could not access the Internet and now the latest …he cannot text or receive my texts and I use texts to have him schedule jobs for me and to send me reminders ….very disappointing. I pay $50 a month for this app. It says Support will be in 48 hrs when you create a ticket . I think because I have had so many problems and have had to write them so many times and extra times because support would rarely or never respond that they actually are ignoring me. I also think they must be investing much more time effort and resources to grow the app (they had tons of job openings I saw) but their support sees extremely limited and under promises. I am very disappointed and probably end up unsubscribing even tho h this is my favorite app of all my chatbot apps. It’s also the most expensive. Please improve your Support for the app and fulfill your promises. People are paying a lot and already have enough stress in life with it having to worry if anyone is going to get back with them. Lastly one time I told them leaving a negative review seemed to be my only option after multiple attempts to finally resolve an ongoing problem and then people wrote me immediately. Now I’m leaving it because I’ve been through a lot with but is app and no one ever offered a free month or anything for my trouble and when I could not even use the app and was paying for it and they are not even responding now. Very sad. I think the owner means well, he seems kind when he does respond but their responses are very rare …. Support needs vast improvement . Sorry Martin.
