I had a disappointing experience with RestauRent. Before signing up, I was told by Nick that I would receive a 3-month free trial. I later paid $30, and then I was charged another $99. As a small restaurant owner, I signed up because I expected the service to help bring private-event business to my restaurant, but it did not work for me or produce the results I expected. What frustrated me most was the billing after I had been told in writing about the 3-month free trial. I have the emails documenting that offer. I requested a refund because of the charges and my experience with the service. I would recommend that restaurant owners carefully confirm the trial period, cancellation terms, and exactly when billing will begin before signing up.

I get endless spam emails from this company. I have unsubscribed. I have asked co-founder Nick Cianfaglione to remove me. He emails back saying I’m unsubscribed but the emails keep coming. They use overly aggressive sales tactics. If you are a venue, avoid this company at all costs.
