Vital energy is the fuel of life and when it burns bright, we live with passion and a consciousness connected to our purpose. Vital Energy Yoga + Movement is the brainchild of Ewa Bigio. Conceived as a bricks and mortar studio in Auckland, New Zealand, Vital Energy classes are designed to build mobility, strength and flexibility through movement training. Yoga, pilates, mobility and strength training classes complement each other to build balanced bodies. Vital energy training systems are now available on demand. The guiding ethos at Vital Energy is Quality of Movement for Every Body. As such in addition to weekly classes, the on demand library includes content for up-skilling on technique to facilitate ongoing education.
