UHM Mortgage

The UHM Mortgage app is designed exclusively for existing customers to conveniently manage their accounts and mortgages on the go. Features include My Loan for monitoring balances, upcoming payment dates, and activity, with the ability to schedule one-time payments and modify recurring monthly debits and auto-pay.

My Home shows estimated property value and equity (where available) and includes two calculators for potential interest savings and early payoff by paying more monthly or with a lump sum. A third calculator helps plan payoff by a target month/year. My Neighborhood provides neighborhood activity, including comparable sales and census data. Note: This app does not constitute a lending commitment; data used for origination must be validated per guidelines.
