Expensive device. Won’t work at all. Connecting it to app. The app just sits there telling me to insert it. My iPhone knows it’s here because it notified me of a wired accessory.

First, I’m not understanding why my iPhone must connect to the TS004 via its own little WiFi network instead of Bluetooth, but whatever. Once the TS004 & my phone are connected, my phone is then disconnected from our home WiFi, and since we’re live in a very rural area, anything I want to do on my phone at that point takes forever. Also, once I got the latest iOS update, (26.5.2) I can no longer download photos taken on the TS004 to this app on my phone, making this app (and the monocular) pretty much worthless for its intended purpose. Oh, and the AI “question answering” feature is a total joke and waste of time. Fortunately for me, I bought the monocular on Amazon (30 day free returns,) and this app is free, so I know exactly how to remove this source of irritation!😉
