Everything I upload creates an error in 2 seconds and a 10 second voice recording took forever to process and never did

This app is amazing when it works. Lately though, I keep getting handling error messages on my transcription. It’s frustrating as there is no direct way to contact anyone to resolve the issue within the app. It might be time to get a new app. I need consistency. There will always be systematic issues with every app but it’s how a company deals with them keeps a customer.
