ScanflowGenAI - DocQuery

The objective of this App is to demonstrate the capabilities of the Document Query system, which utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text scanning to scan and extract specific content from various types of documents, such as shipping labels, receipts, invoices, bills, and ID cards. The system aims to provide accurate and efficient document content extraction, improving data retrieval and automating information processing.

The individual interacting with the Document Query system, seeking to extract specific information from a document. The Document Query system is operational and integrated with the user's smart device or web application. The user has uploaded or provided access to the document to be scanned and queried.

Document querying is often used in search engines to retrieve relevant documents in response to user queries. Users can enter keywords or phrases, and the system will return analyse the content from give document and return the re-phrased information that match the query. Its also helps healthcare professionals access medical literature, research papers, and clinical studies to stay updated with the latest findings and treatment options.

In data science and business intelligence, document querying can be used to extract relevant information from unstructured data, such as text documents, for analysis and insights. Document querying is an integral part of content management systems, enabling users to search for and retrieve specific information from the uploaded or scanned documents.

Upload document format - PDF Scan document - Can scan images via AI intelligence camera to capture the document and edit it to upload as PDF. The system will automatically convert images to PDF and will be uploaded for content extraction.

The Uploaded content will be deleted automatically from server in limited timeline.

There is an option in the App profile page, where user can see their information and can delete their account if they wish to delete along with their information. Once the account has been deleted all the user's information will be deleted accordingly.
