I wrote to the company twice and haven’t heard back. I erased the alarms and deleted the app and it still isn’t working. It is a great idea and I hope they fix it

I love that you can add your own alarms and everything about this app, but there is a couple key oversights, specifically with the wake up check function. 1. If your phone is off when the alarm rings and you swipe to go to the app, you get put into your passcode screen, which turns the alarm off. If you then fall back asleep, the wake up check DOES NOT default to turning on. The only way to get the wake up check to actually check if you wake up is to swipe from the lock screen, enter your passcode, then go to the app and click “dreamland” when it prompts you to ask if you’re awake. Not defaulting the wake up check to on makes it so that if you fall back asleep on the passcode screen the alarm does not check if you woke up or ring again. 2. Once you are actually in the app itself, the alarm only plays once and DOES NOT loop (at least with custom alarm, which is capped at 30 seconds long), so if you fall back asleep after the 30 seconds while you’re doing a wake up task or just sitting on the wallpaper screen, the alarm will NOT keep you awake. This is only an issue, again, because you have to do the task or get past the wallpaper to make it to the point where you can confirm you want a wake up check, because again, it doesn’t default to doing it, the wake up check only happens if you expressly tap the button to say you’re still in “dreamland”. 3. The app’s wake up check feature, once you click dreamland, doesn’t just set a timer for however long you want the wake up check to be after you click it, it literally changes the time on your alarm that you set. For example, if you have an alarm for 9:00 and you activate wake up check at 9:01, the app goes in and changes the actual alarm to 9:02 instead of just setting a 60 second timer and ringing again. This could be an issue if you forget to change your alarm back to its original time. 4. Once you click to enable the wake up check, you must exit the app, because if your alarm rings and you are still in the app and you click the notification that normally directs you to the app instead of the button to complete tasks, it will turn off your alarm instantly and again, wake up check is not default so you will not wake up again. Overall, this app is great but the changes I would like to see to make it perfect are: 1. The alarm infinitely loops in the app, even custom alarms. 2. Wake up check is assumed to be on, and should only not happen if the user clicks the button on the app to turn it off. Also, it should not change the time of the alarm itself, just set a timer to ring the alarm again in however much time the user sets for the wake up check.
