the fine print says it wont guarantee receipt of sms from google or banks. after confirming on the phone that these features were not working i asked for a complete refund. it was processed and my money returned shortly. so. if you want to try it dont have fear of losing your money if it does not work out. in the end i got a mint mobile esim and it works perfectly in the USA.

I bought 3 esim for me and family 2 works n 1 not work Tried to get help with support no way. I used chat in the App but they end chat immediately after start so many times. witch is not acceptable. There is no other way to get help. I want to get full refund for my money back.

Like others have said, the app is useless for getting any real data use tracking, topping up data, etc. The customer support via email is very responsive and the data plan eSIM works fine, but you’re basically starting over with any additional data purchase because nothing in the app actually works that well. Coverage is good, but there are probably better options out there.
