The Bellevie Way app is a secure chat messaging service for the families of people supported by Bellevie. I also provides rota and supported person management for Bellevie employees.

Families can use the Bellevie Way app to:

• See the latest visit notes about your family member from their link worker

• See upcoming visits scheduled for your loved one

• Message the team directly with any questions you may have

• Chat to your link worker about any concerns, or just get an update

Let us know about any last minute changes to visits

Once your care package has been set up with Bellevie, please get in touch for your app login details. You can then download this app and use it to keep in touch with the Bellevie care team.

Only families with an active care package with Bellevie can use this app.

Bellevie employees can use this app to:

• View shifts for themselves and their team

• View and complete visits

• Update care plans
