With our app, whether you are the Manager, the Administrator of the condominium or the User, you will have access to the data recorded by the energy accounting systems present in the building, i.e. electronic heat cost allocators, hot and cold water meters and meters of thermal energy.

Our app complies with the European Directive on energy efficiency (EED 2.0) and with the regulations in force in Italy, which provide in particular for Users the possibility of knowing the trend of their energy consumption.

Through our platform both the manager and the real estate administrators will be able to access the system and view the data of the entire condominium; but not only that, in fact, thanks to specific diagnostic functions they will be able to identify any component anomalies and coordinate timely interventions.

Thanks to our application, Users will also be able to access the system and will be able to:

• Monitor your energy consumption data updated according to the frequency chosen by the condominium.
• Understand how much your own consumption affects as a percentage of total condominium consumption.
