Bumpcall

Bumpcall is a voice-first networking app for food & beverage entrepreneurs, including restaurant and café owners, suppliers, distributors, and operators who want to build meaningful industry connections through real conversations.

Join a Circle, attend scheduled Bump Events, and get automatically matched one-to-one with other members for short, timed voice conversations. When a conversation ends, you can be matched with someone new, making it easy to meet more people in the industry without relying on endless chat threads.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your mobile number and receive a one-time SMS code.
2. Create your profile with your name, photo, bio, and interests.
3. Complete identity verification before joining a Circle.
4. Join a public Circle or use an invite code to join a private Circle.
5. RSVP to a Bump Event and check in when the event begins.
6. Get automatically matched with another attendee.
7. Have a private one-to-one voice conversation with a visible countdown, microphone controls, and speaker controls.
8. Rate your experience and block or report members when necessary.

FOR HOSTS

Bumpcall provides community hosts with tools to create and manage Circles, organize Bump Events, publish updates and polls, manage members, view RSVPs and check-ins, and start or end matching rounds.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Your phone number is not shown to other members. Voice calls are one-to-one and are not recorded. Identity verification documents are reviewed by the Bumpcall team and are not visible to other members.

You can block members, report interactions, and delete your account and associated data from Settings at any time.

Bumpcall is built for Thailand's food & beverage community and is available in both Thai and English.
