This app is intended to collect important study-related information from individuals participating in the REIMAGINE 4 clinical study

The REIMAGINE 4 NN9388-4894 Study App will collect information such as doses taken, low blood sugar episodes, participant reported outcomes and more for the clinical study. Sites participating in the clinical trial are required to create accounts for each participant in the study app before participants can log into the App.
