2025-12-21	do*****	This makes me so upset because like half of these drivers are so sweet but my complaint is for people who are assigned drivers that are changing shifts at the yolo transportation office, why are they NOT given new drivers?? This is insane because it can literally take an hour for the ride to arrive. I find this extremely disappointing and this should be changed IMMEDIATELY. Also fire that BLONDE TWINK!! 2025-07-14	ge*****	Second time in a row vehicle was not on time and I ordered 45 minutes in advance. Called the dispatch number was on hold for 15 mins and had to use second phone to call and waited 6 more minutes. Finally dispatch said they should be coming but could not give me a time. I'm late for work already and tracking the location of the bus was not working. Customer service absolutely terrible and rude and don't waste your time.
