Great fitness app - if you’re on the go, or having a hard time knowing what to do, when to do it what and how often then this is perfect! I’ve been using this app both in and out of the gym. It’s awesome cause you can use equipment or your body weight. The app is easy to use and follow her program. Def recommend to anyone trying to get in shape and learn new techniques.

I have been following Kristina for a while, and she always provides wonderful workouts! Heavier weights were new to me, as I typically did barre and Pilates styles, but this has been a great complement to my fitness routine. Love the results!
