If someone is actually on my phone as in a hacker that's actually within my mobile network would they be able to access the app even if I have a fingerprint lock code set if they know my pin or modify it or does it require a change

This app may actually lock apps, but it is an eight step process. The video is useless, text is too small to read. Trying to follow the steps, text small, very difficult to follow.
