The Federal State Palaces, Gardens, and Art Collections of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (SSGK M-V) represent some of Northern Germany's finest and most significant examples of architectural history and garden design, as well as ducal art collections and treasures of international renown spanning from antiquity to the present day. The SSGK M-V manages some of the most impressive residences, such as the fairytale-like Schwerin Palace and the magnificent Ludwigslust Palace. With their modern Palace Museums, idyllic Parks, and exciting events, these sites offer a diverse range of experiences for the whole family. In addition to state-owned Palaces and Gardens, the historic Federal State Museum Schwerin is also part of the SSGK M-V.
