I can’t play the game. It stays in the loading screen. I’ve waited awhile. I reinstalled plenty of times. Can you please refund my money or fix the bug.

This is my all time favorite mobile game! I come back every month or so to see if the developer has posted any new games. I will never stop recommending people to play this.
